Can I hire part of the Café for an event or private use?
While we do not take casual table bookings, we do offer private hire and catering packages for private bookings. Please be aware, our quaint little Café has a fairly small indoors space, but we have plenty of wonderful outdoor seating with views over the lake too. For more information, please email
Are you dog friendly?
We politely ask for dogs not to be brought into the café, however they’re more than welcome to join you in our outdoor seating area. Water bowls are available outside along with treats from
the counter. Service dogs are welcome inside.
I've received a coffee that I'm not happy with, what should I do?
We're committed to serving commendable coffee. In the event you receive a drink that doesn't deliver 100% satisfaction (not quite hot enough for example), we'll remake it for you completely free of charge.
I think I lost something, has anybody handed it in?

Are there customer toilets in the café?
Unfortunately we don't have any toilets within the café, however there are several nearby toilets within The Regent's Park.

I thought you were environmentally-friendly, why was I served a drink in single-use plastic?
All of our takeaway packaging is made from plant-based materials and is 100% compostable, that includes our takeaway coffee cups, grab & go packaging, confectionary selection and condiment station provisions. More on our sustainability practices can be found here.
Can I reserve a table?
Unfortunately we're unable to take table bookings, however we endeavour to be as accommodating as possible for you and your party.
There are sustainable touchpoints throughout the interior design of our Café - From reclaimed wood on our counter front and tables to a countertop made from recycled materials. Our organic cotton wallpaper is adorned with a hand painted floral design on rose clippings made from the iconic Queen Mary Rose Garden within the park.
