How do I book one of the dining domes?

Do you have any seasonal specials running at the moment?

Yes, we currently have two seasonal specials running over the summer. Our Infused Lemonades and our Picnic in the Park range.

Are you hiring at the moment?

We're always on the lookout for great talent to join our team. To see if we have any roles available, please head to our Indeed page. If we don't have anything available at present, please check back at a later date.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, your four-legged friends are more than welcome to join you in our cafés.

I've received a coffee that I'm not happy with, what should I do?

We're committed to serving commendable coffee. In the event you receive a drink that doesn't deliver 100% satisfaction (not quite hot enough for example), we'll remake it for you completely free of charge.

I think I lost something, has anybody handed it in?

Please email the café directly and a member of the team will help you with your search.

Are there customer toilets in the café?

Yes, at both the pavilion and the stables, we have customer toilets on site.

We always aim to create positive experiences, however if you feel like you have had an experience that hasn’t lived up to your expectations, please let us know by completing this feedback form.

I thought you were environmentally-friendly, why was I served a drink in single-use plastic?

All of our takeaway packaging is made from plant-based materials and is 100% compostable, that includes our takeaway coffee cups, grab & go packaging, confectionary selection and condiment station provisions. More on our sustainability practices can be found here.

Can I reserve a table?

Unfortunately we're unable to take table bookings, however we endeavour to be as accommodating as possible for you and your party.
