Boat Hire

Booking Policy Update: 

Please note, bookings are non-refundable. You will not be able to request a refund for poor weather, a change of mind, late arrival or anything similar. However, you can reschedule your booking time and date should you need to up to 25 minutes before the boat hire time slot you booked. Any changes to your booking will need to be made through your online account. To create or access your online account, click the tab in the top right hand side of this page. Please note, you must use the same email address you used to book your boat hire online, for your booking(s) to show on you account.

Can our dog ride on the boat with us?

 

Dogs are welcome on our boats, under the supervision and liability of its owner.

Do you supply buoyancy aids?

We have a supply of buoyancy aids available for toddlers and small children.

​

Is there a safe area I can leave a pram? 

Customers are more than welcome to leave prams on the launch whilst using the boats, however we do not accept responsibility for any damaged or missing items. Items are left at owner's risk.

How do I make a change to my booking? 

Please log onto your account, select reschedule and then select the alternate time and date required.

Can I turn up to the lake and hire a boat on the day without booking online?

To ensure an efficient service, all boats must be booked online. However, if you're looking to hire a boat at Park Life Boats Crewe, Queens Park this can be booked in-person.

How many people can ride in a 4-seater pedal boat? 

A maximum of four adults are permitted to ride in our 4-seater pedal boats, however it is possible for a party of 5 to ride if one member of the party is a small child and can sit in the middle. 

​

How many people can ride in a rowing boat? 

5 people can ride in a single rowing boat. 

​

If I need to cancel my booking am I entitled to a refund?

This is a non-refundable service, however we will welcome you to reschedule your booking in the event that you are unable to attend your original booking.

What time do I need to arrive for my booking? 

Please arrive on time for your booking and ensure you take into account the amount of time required to walk from the car park to the Lakeside dining domes. 

​

I am travelling to the park by car, which car park should I park in? 

The car park in the closest proximity to the Lakeside Café is the 'Lake Car Park'. The postcode for sat nav users is M25 0DL

Can our dog dine with us? 

Unfortunately, unlike our Cafés, our dining domes are not dog friendly. 

 

Are the domes heated? 

Yes, our domes are fitted with a heater and retain heat very well, for a comfortable dining experience in all weathers. 

 

Do the domes get warm in the summer? 

The domes have recently been fitted with air conditioning and shaded glazing allowing for a cooler experience in the summer.

Do you supply high chairs? 

Yes, please inform us in advance if you require a high chair.

Can I turn up to the Café and book a dining dome on the day without booking?

Yes, it is possible to book on the day, however to ensure an efficient service and to reduce the risk of them being fully booked all dining dome reservations should be made online.

How many people can dine in a dome? 

Our dining domes can accommodate 6 people per dome. This includes adults and children. 

​

If I need to cancel my booking, am I entitled to a refund? 

This is a non-refundable service, however we welcome you to reschedule your booking in the event you are unable to attend your original booking.
